Professor Dr. InayaturRahman is a distinguished Pediatric Surgeon, academician, and healthcare leader with more than three decades of dedicated service. He retired as Professor and Head of the Department of Pediatric Surgery at Khyber Teaching Hospital (KTH), Peshawar, and also served as Chairman of the Department of Surgical Specialties, overseeing Pediatric Surgery, Neurosurgery, Burns & Plastic Surgery, and Urology. He served as President of the Association of Paediatric Surgeons of Pakistan (APSP) for two years, contributing to the advancement of pediatric surgery and medical education in Pakistan. Professor Dr. InayaturRahman served for three years as Director/Project Director of the Khyber Institute of Child Health (KICH) and Children's Hospital, Peshawar—the first state-of-the-art tertiary care children's hospital of its kind in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa—where he played a pivotal role in its completion. He has now been appointed as Medical Director of KICH and Children's Hospital and will lead its operationalization, with a commitment to excellence in pediatric healthcare, medical education, and compassionate patient care.

Ms. Zaifa Gul is a nursing leader with 15+ years of experience in clinical practice, teaching, and healthcare administration. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Shifa College of Nursing and began her career at Shifa International Hospital, Islamabad .She completed her Master’s in Public Health from Sarhad University and a certification in Health Care Quality and Safety from PIQC Institute. She has served in leading private and public hospitals in Pakistan and internationally at Al-Dar Hospital, Saudi Arabia and Al-Jahra Hospital, Kuwait - a 2000-bed tertiary care government hospital. She was also a pioneer member of the nursing team at Quaid-e-Azam International Hospital, Islamabad. As Nursing Director at MTI Lady Reading Hospital, she received an Outstanding Performance Certificate for COVID-19 Management from the Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa .At MTI Bannu, she established Nursing Education Services and led major improvements in patient care. Ms. Gul is KPHCC certified in MSDS and a specialized Palliative Care Nurse . She is committed to advancing nursing excellence, patient safety, and quality healthcare.

Zulfiqar Ali, is a distinguished Finance and Corporate Governance professional with over 25 years of executive leadership experience across the public sector, utilities, manufacturing, and financial consultancy. He specializes in strategic financial management, financial reporting, budgeting, cost and management accounting, taxation, public procurement, enterprise risk management, corporate governance, and risk-based internal audit. He is an Associate Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA), Fellow member of Public Finance Accountant (PIPFA), MBA (Accounts & Finance), and Certified Corporate Director, Zulfiqar has built a reputation for strengthening financial controls, enhancing governance, optimizing resources, and improving organizational performance. He has held several leadership positions, including Chief Financial Officer & Company Secretary at the Water & Sanitation Services Company (WSSC), Kohat, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. He also served as Manager Accounts, Finance & Internal Audit at PASSCO, Executive Cost Accounts & Finance at Telephone Industries of Pakistan (TIP), and Chief Accountant in the edible oil & ghee manufacturing sector.
